Our temperature-controlled inspection room is equipped with the Keyence XM-5000, a next-generation handheld portable CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine). This highly versatile system combines the accuracy of a traditional CMM with the flexibility of portable measurement, enabling us to perform fast, repeatable dimensional checks across a wide range of components and materials.

While most inspections are conducted in our temperature-controlled inspection room for maximum control and accuracy, the portable nature of the XM-5000 allows us to perform in-process checks directly at our machining centres, reducing downtime and enhancing workflow efficiency.
Additionally, we could offer flexible external inspection services with the ability to bring our CMM technology to customer facilities if requested. This capability is particularly useful for large components, assembly verification or urgent quality on-site checks.
