Our dedicated automation cell features four Hedelius Acura 65 5-axis machining centres, all integrated with an Erowa pallet-loading robot, enabling continuous 24/7 production. This setup is specifically designed for repeat batch orders, making it perfect for both low and high-volume deliveries.

By combining advanced robotics with CNC milling technology, we’re able to reduce cycle times, minimise manual intervention, and improve consistency. This makes our services well-suited for high-volume production as well as complex, custom projects.
